Alternative Medicine is now very much valued by the medical profession. Healing opens up a world of options and possibilities we certainly cannot see while stressed, depressed, angry, anxious, etc. Thankfully, there are many avenues and options for calming relaxation, resetting our nervous system, restoring balance. In a world that expects us to be everything to everyone, I am here in support of us making time to prioritize ourselves.
Our cup must be full for us to function well. It is in the overflow that we are meant to share with the outer world. As they say on planes, put the oxygen mask on yourself first and then assist others. We cannot be any good to others if we are not good to ourselves.
